As I Lay Dying have officially come back with the premiere of their new track “My Own Grave”. The song is available digitally now via iTunes. The video confirms that the “classic” lineup – Jordan Mancino on drums, Nick Hipa and Phil Sgrosso on guitar, and Josh Gilbert on bass/backing vocals – has reconciled. Following Lambesis’ arrest in 2013 for attempting to hire a hire a hitman to murder his then wife Meggan, there was some animus.
Additionally, As I Lay Dying will make their return to the stage next week. In addition to the new song, the group have booked a performance at the SOMA Sidestage in San Diego, CA on June 16th.
