According to the Instagram video posted to vocalist Tommy Vext’s account, yes, it is happening. However, when a fan reached out to guitarist Dino Cazares on Twitter, well, he doesn’t seem to agree.

My guess is that the band will not be reuniting, at least not under the moniker of Divine Heresy, given that Vext was kicked out of the band after an incident with the guitarist that got physical. If drummer Tim Yeung and Vext decide to carry on without Cazares I would expect this to end up like another Fear Factory debacle. In case you don’t remember the short version is, Dino and vocalist Burton C. Bell patched things up, got into a legal dispute with former bassist Christian Olde Wolbers and drummer Raymond Herrera, and got the rights to pretty much all things Fear Factory. We’ll see what happens though, more details when available.
