Synth-pop outfit The Black Queen have a new video out for their track “Secret Scream”. Vocalist Greg Puciato explains:
“The video isn’t meant to have a linear narrative, but to seem like more of an abstract memory. A smear filled with recollections of lust and terror, elation and dread. The middle of the song is a representation of that middle of the night intoxication with and fear of the void, the temptation of that and the feeling of being on the brink of the unknown.”
The song appears on the group’s debut effort Fever Daydream, but was recently released as a four-track single. You can get it now on iTunes and limited vinyl at the group’s Bandcamp.
Secret Scream single:
1. “Secret Scream” (12″ extended mix)
2. “Secret Scream”
3. “Secret Scream” (12″ extended mix, instrumental)
