Following rumors that Glassjaw drummer Durijah Lang and bassist Manuel Carrero had both left the Long Island, NY outfit, Lang issued a statement to Lambgoat confirming them:
“I just felt like I needed to. No axe to grind with those guys. I just ran out of good reasons not to call it a day.”
It seems that the members left the post-hardocre band back in January. Another rumor is circulating that The Dillinger Escape Plan’s Billy Rymer has joined them as their new drummer, however no official word has surfaced to validate this.
Glassjaw are currently booked for this year’s Heavy Montréal, The Wrecking Ball, Taste Of Chaos, Aftershock Festival.
