Vocalist Maria Lessing spoke of the song, stating:
“For me this is probably the most special song we have ever written. It’s about love in general but more specifically about the love for my younger sister and how our relationship build throughout our years of growing up together. Also going through a lot of pain and trauma together of our family – but being a safe space for each other. We are excited how you like it, this one is for sure really different but comes straight from the heart.”
