“This song was actually built entirely around the tremolo effect that opens the track. We really dug the positive vibe it had and it led us in an experimental direction with the song’s structure; instead of following a standard verse-chorus arrangement, we kept the song as just three high-energy choruses. This lends an air of intensity and excitement to a song that, lyrically, remains ambiguous and centers around a concept rather than a linear story.”
