Tennessee hardcore punks Death Card have premiered the music video for their new track “Barking Irons”. Vocalist Chad Callis said of the song:
“I was just trying to write something visceral about the lawlessness of the old days and maybe that nature is still dormant in all of us. Some are better at keeping it at bay or maybe not strong enough to act that way anymore but I think most of us are just waiting for the leash to slip.”
The song is taken from the group’s upcoming debut album Damage Swing, out July 21st through Innerstrength Records. Pre-orders are available through the label’s Bandcamp.
