U.K. post-hardcore outfit Canvas have signed a deal with Basick Records. News of the signs is accompanied with the premiere of the music video for their new single “Hospital Beds”. The group will be releasing their debut album via the label later this year. August will see the band touring Europe and their native U.K.; check the dates following the video stream.
