Being As An Ocean were originally supposed to have released their new record Waiting For The Morning To Come, the follow-up to their 2015 self-titled, this past June. However, June has come and gone and still no new record. It would appear that the California post-hardcore group are in the middle of a legal dispute with their label Equal Vision Records – with whom they signed a record deal with last year. The band shed some light on the issued with the following tweet:
