Deathcore quartet Aversions Crown has released a Colin Jeffs-directed music video for their new single “A Voice from the Outer Dark”. It is their first output with new vocalist Alex Teyen, who replaced Tyler Miller after he left to front Thy Art Is Murder. Regarding the track, the band offered:
“This song marks the beginning of a new chapter for us. We’ve been quiet for a few years now, but that silence was the calm before something much heavier. ‘A Voice From the Outer Dark’ is the first signal that we’re back, and this time we’re not coming in peace.”
The song also serves as the title of the group’s upcoming EP, which is slated to drop August 5th via Nuclear Blast Records. Pre-orders can be found here. Production was handled by Lance Prenc and Edward Sklavos. Additionally, Prenc was also tasked with mixing and mastering the affair.
