Architects have announced their tenth full-length the classic symptoms of a broken spirit. The record will be released through Epitaph Records on October 21st and is available for pre-order now at this location. The band have also debuted the music video for a brand-new track titled “tear gas”. The clip was directed by the band’s own Dan Searle (drums) and can be found below.

the classic symptoms of a broken spirit was produced by Searle and guitarist Josh Middleton (also of Sylosis), with frontman Sam Carter handling additional production. The group headed into the studio last year shortly after the release of For Those That Wish to Exist. The effort also features “when we were young”, which was released earlier this spring.

The group will tour their native UK in November supporting Biffy Clyro. The run follows their upcoming headlining tour of North America. Support will be provided by We Came As Romans and Like Moths to Flames.
