Youth In Revolt have premiered a new single off their upcoming record The Broken, titled “Don’t Wait For Me”. Vocalist Tanner Allen says of the track:
“As a touring musician, you have to leave your home all the time, and for a very long time sometimes. You go months without seeing your friends, family, significant other, and other important people in your life. ‘Don’t Wait For Me’ is about the struggle for those people that care about you immensely and how much it hurts them when you leave all of the time.”
The group’s new full-length is due on February 17th through Outerloop Records and is available for pre-order at this location.
Today, the band announced a string of U.S. performances in support of the impending release. The run kicks off February 18th in Worcester, MA and concludes on March 4th in Newport, KY. Check out the full list of dates below.
