The lineup for the 5th annual Welcome To Rockville Festival has been announced. The festival will be taking place at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, FL on April 25th and 26th. Ticket pre-sales begin tomorrow through to the official ticket sale date of Friday, December 12th. Passwords are required for the pre-sale, those are available via the official website, local radio stations or national rock media outlets. Anyway, here is the lineup:
