A lyric video is online for post-hardcore outfit Traces’ new single “Of Servility”. The clip can be seen above courtesy of Under The Gun Review. Guitarist Nick Zieser says of the song:
“The narrator within the song feels he is alone in how he feels and is trying to awaken those people around him who are blind to the lies and corruption he sees. To him, those people are sheep or slaves, if you will, to those in power.”
“Of Servility”, which is available digitally on iTunes, is taken from the band’s upcoming self-titled EP. The effort was produced by Matt Good (From First To Last, D.R.U.G.S.) and is slated for release on April 8th.
