Touché Amoré have announced that their sixth studio album has been titled Spiral in a Straight Line. The record is slated for release on October 11th and will be their first through Rise Records, with whom they just signed. The Ross Robinson-produced album is available for pre-order here. The band have released a music video directed by Sean Stout for lead single “Nobody’s”. Frontman Jeremy Bolm said of the song:
“‘Nobody’s’ is the opening track on our upcoming album Spiral In A Straight Line. In just a handful of lyrics, it gives the broad strokes of the album. A song and record about forward movement while everything around you becomes destabilized.”
Touché Amoré have also announced a fall headlining tour in support of Spiral in a Straight Line. Joining them on the run will be Soul Glo, Portrayal of Guilt, and Soft Blue Shimmer. Tickets go on sale this Friday, July 26th at 10:00AM local time.
