Rock trio Throttlerod have issued a full stream of their new record Turncoat. Vocalist/guitarist Matt Whitehead said of the album:
“While there’s no denying we like feedback and odd time signatures, we also enjoy hooks and undeniable grooves and there are plenty of those on this record. [Engineer] J. Robbins [Clutch] not only helped us realize our vision with an honest, organic approach that helped remind us why we still make records but was also an absolute pleasure to work with. We need to write some more new songs to have an excuse to go hang out in his studio again.”
The Small Stone Recordings release is out now and can be purchased from the Bandcamp player below.
