Official press release:
Budapest’s ear-pleasing male and female fronted electronic, post-hardcore/metalcore outfit The Tumor Called Marla is pleased to officially announce that their label debut will be released on Black Friday, November 27th. The seven track EP, entitled Trance, follows in the footsteps of Imminence Records alums and fellow countrymen Claps For Caroline. Vocalist András Gerő says of the EP:
“The main concept is about humanity, whose members are commuting from one extreme to the other like a pendulum, and that’s why they can’t find their place of peace. Usually people are attending to everything else instead of their hearts and soul. Trance is a five part story that we’d like to share with you in a modern, exciting, philosophical, and a disturbing atmosphere. The listeners can join us to take a deep trip underneath our minds.”
The band have released two track from the effort – “Mute” and “A Different Tension” – which can be heard below.
Trance track listing:
1. “Heartworm”
