Drummer Jeff Kummer said of the clip:

“We generally wanted to create a video, mirroring what life was like for kids our age as our music scene was exploding in 2002. When you go back 20 years, you start to notice all of these little things that’ve changed.. what we did for fun, what we wore, the technology, etc. It was a blast to sort out.

The call backs to our first music video just made sense. It puts us exactly where we were 20 years ago so you have a reference point. The fun part was reliving it. Egging the same guy 20 years later.. recreating shots from the original video.. It’s a nod to the people who’ve supported us from the start.

Naturally, all that nostalgia comes back when you work on a project like this. The 1619 house is where we played many of our first shows. To go back, move all the new furniture, and dress it like a 2002 house show.. that was a full circle moment.

We wanted to highlight the music scene we grew up with. It was the perfect outlet built around community and acceptance, where all that mattered was the music. It was a special thing to revisit.”
