Singer Kristin Starkey said of the new single:
“This song explores the existential threat to our mortality through the tarot card, Death. It is human nature to try to avoid this eventuality, but the ferryman always finds us. This song is about facing the inevitable ‘end’ not with despair, but by anchoring ourselves in the profound beauty of human connection and the love we share in the present moment. Ultimately, it’s a personal anthem about survival and presence. It’s a reminder to surrender to the journey, seize every single day, and remember that we have the power to define our own fate.”
