Spook The Horses have made their new track “Drought” available for streaming. The song is off the band’s sophomore effort Rainmaker, which the band will be releasing independently on February 2nd. The effort was tracked at Studio Wellington with producer James Goldsmith, mixed in Melbourne by Sam Sproull, and mastered in Stockholm by engineer Magnus Lindberg.
The record will be released on 180-gram vinyl with 100 copies on bone with black and oxblood splatter and 139 pressed on red vinyl. Each copy will be hand numbered and comes with three random prints from a set of nine by artist Max Telfer, who does all of the band’s art. Pre-orders are available now and can be purchased here, the red version won’t be available until the album’s release date.
