The majority of the lineup for next year’s Shadow Frost Music & Arts Festival has been confirmed and can be found below in alphabetical order. Only two acts remain to be revealed. The event is set to take place on Friday, February 21st and Saturday, February 22nd at the Clarion Inn Frederick Event Center in Frederick, Maryland.
