Rivers Of Nihil have added guitarist Jonathan Topore of Anesthetized as the replacement for Jonathan Kunz. The band issued an update via their Facebook with the above video. Here’s what the band had to say:
“UPDATE: As some of you may have noticed, one of our two guitarists, Jonathan Kunz, was not out on our most recent tour with us. Jon is no longer in Rivers of Nihil and we wish him the very best with his musical career. As you all know Jon has been part of this band since day one. Smoke a bowl and take a shot in his honor. Be sure to check out his band Outer Heaven!
With this being said, we have recruited Jonathan Topore to man the axe! Jon has played with our drummer Alan for years in their band Anesthetized. We think he rips! He has managed to learn nearly our entire set in less than two weeks.
