Reality Slap have a new video out for their track “Haymaker” off their impending Limitless EP. The group said of song:
“‘Haymaker’ is a metaphoric punch to human attitude towards life and other beings. It’s really a call out to everyone who chooses not to feel, who chooses to ignore what’s going on around them because they’re too entertained and blinded by all the material shit that’s put in front of them. We still want to feel and we still want to see, that’s life, connection is key, there’s more life beyond. We can always do better and find a better narrative to address problems and life itself. We choose not to ignore by approaching life with a smile and against human numbness.”
The effort hits stores this Friday, January 13th through WAR Records. Vinyl options are available for pre-order at Big Cartel, while digital copies can be pre-ordered on iTunes.
The group will be doing a trio of record release shows with For The Glory in their native Portugal. The performances will be followed by the You Are Part Of This Tour with Deez Nuts, Comeback Kid, Hellions, First Blood, Risk It, and Get The Shot.
