New Jersey outfit Palisades have announced that they will be releasing their new, self-titled album on January 20th. The effort’s first single, and opening number, “Aggression” is now streaming and can be heard below. The record is being released through Rise Records and is currently available for pre-order on all formats at MerchNOW. The group said of the upcoming release:
“We want to start off by saying how incredibly excited we are to announce our new self-titled album. This album means the world to us. Writing this album pushed us to places we didn’t think we could be pushed to. We wrote about parts of our lives that were hard to write about. We wrote about problems in the world that need to be addressed. We did this because for the first time in our career we were fearless about the results.
We wrote this album not only for us, but for all of you. All of you that have ever endured any hardship in your life, any barrier you thought impossible to move. You are just as much a part of this album as we are.
We truly believed that in order to make this album we had to disconnect ourselves from everyone. That included our friends, our family, and our fans. We wanted to truly find who we were and we did. We can’t stress enough how much we love every single one of you! Thank you for coming along with us on this journey.
