Our Hollow, Our Home have shared some new information regarding their upcoming final album. They have revealed that the effort will be titled Hope & Hell, with a slated release of September 27th through Arising Empire. Pre-orders are available now and can be found here. The track listing and cover art for the record can be found below. The British outfit have so far released two tracks off the album: “Funeral Verse” and “Burial Season”.
