Canadian hardcore outfit Obey The Brave have announced that their third full-length, titled Mad Season, will be hitting stores on June 2nd via Epitaph Records. The effort will feature a collaboration with French/Canadian rap group Loud Lary Ajust on the track “RIP” and old-school punk inspired singing vocals. Frontman Alex Erian comments:
“There’s still a lot of screaming on the album, but it was really important for me artistically to try something different and give it my all. It’s very exciting to try to reinvent yourself.”
Additionally, Obey The Brave have premiered a music video for the record’s first single, “On Our Own”; check it out below. The clip was directed by Didier Charette. Mad Season was produced by Dean Hadjichristou (Protest The Hero, Parkway Drive) and the band’s own Terrence McAuley (guitars). Pre-orders are available now at ObeyTheBrave.com.
