Oathbreaker have premiered the official music video for their track “Immortals”, check it out below courtesy of Rolling Stone. Vocalist Caro Tanghe said of it:
“The song is about emotional betrayal and how that numbed me for a long time. Being apathetic to any form of social and emotional engagement. In the video we wanted to push the viewer in a voyeuristic position. Looking at scenes you’re not allowed to see. It’s a weird, awkward sexual setting and the lead person is not part of it. It’s about being numb to your surroundings, apathy in an extreme situation as this.”
“Immortals” appears on the group’s new record, Rheia, out now on Deathwish Inc.
