Mire have slated their record Pale Reflection for release on April 14th. The group worked with producers Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland on the effort. their Pre-orders are available now at this location. The record announcement arrives with the release of a music video for the album’s title track. The video was directed by the band’s guitarist Nick Hipa (ex-As I Lay Dying), who commented:
“Stoked to finally release some new @thebandmire music! The best time to drop new tunes was actually in 2023 when we had the whole record written, the second best time was in 2024 after we finally found the time to track it. Every day life, responsibilities, and logistics proved to be formidable obstacles for those targets though, so the THIRD best time is right now.
Today we’re releasing the first single ‘Pale Reflection’, which is the title track off our upcoming album Pale Reflection. It is the first to feature our rad new drummer @johnpaulondrums and was mostly recorded at @atriumaudio in Lititz, PA, by the super talented and very chill duo of @grantrmcfarland and @carsonslovak who also handled mixing and mastering.”
