Official press release:

Three-piece band, Long Time, has signed to Medical Records. The band will be releasing a new full-length album titled Never Alone this fall. Long Time’s first single off the new record, titled “River”, exclusively premiered with New Noise Magazine today. Fans can now listen to “River” below. The band is confirmed for an upcoming show in Boston, MA on August 27th at Brighton Music Hall, opening for Haken on their 10th anniversary tour.

In regards to the new single the band states:

‘River’ is a song about learning how to fully commit yourself to something, be it an idea, lifestyle or ideal… to plunge into something fully without reservation or doubt. It’s about the realization that although the pursuit may feel isolating and solitary, we are not alone in it. Much like a river and all it contains, moving separate yet together. The song invokes one of the main themes to Joseph Conrad’s, The Heart Of Darkness: ‘We live as we dream: alone. But we are together in our aloneness.'”

Never Alone track listing:

1. “River”
2. “Spoken Ghost”
3. “Hostage”
4. “Silence”
5. “Shadows”
6. “Separation Situation”
7. “Chosen Disease”
