Lakeshore – the new group featuring brothers Ben (guitar) and Joe Lionetti (drums), bother formerly of Emmure – have released a music video for their first single, “History”. Ben comments:
“The first single ‘History’ is about Joe and I’s history in music and really an ode to Emmure. It is a very personal song. We wanted to be very direct in what we said about the past as well as take a strong stand on what we intend for the future. We try to be positive and meaningful when we write music, yet have each and every listener be able to apply it to their own life, if it can help in anyway.”
“History” appears on the group’s forthcoming debut EP, 41, set for release later this month. The effort was produced by Unearth guitarist Ken Susi (The Contortionist, Madball) and features Karl Shuback (Misery Signals) and Jessie Freeland (The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganze) on the song “King”.
Lakeshore is:
Shawn Adams – vocals
Ben Lionetti – guitar
Mitch LoBuglio – lead guitar
Chris Segovia – bass
Joe Lionetti – drums
