Kevlar have a new video out for their song “Oblivion”. Each member issued a statement of the song, vocalist Kelci Margaret offered:
“This song is about struggling with your emotions and wanting them to just leave and thinking that feeling nothing would be better than feeling everything, but finding that’s not the case. Its easy to run and hide from what you’re feeling in life but that can never be a permanent solution, and I learned that the hard way over these past few years. This video showcases the emotion put to the music and the lyrics between all four of us. We hope you can see it, too. Enjoy!”
Guitarist Jake Flaugh says:
“Love the aggression this track has with the wicked riffs and breakdowns.”
Anthony Sanzo (bass) adds:
“I love everything about this song. It’s one of my favorite songs I’ve ever been a part of and I hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do.”
Drummer/co-vocalist Nick Sanso offered:
“Oblivions musical technicality mixed with it’s melodic flow makes it such a fun song to play and listen to.”
The song appears on the group’s latest offering, the Home Is Where The Heart Is EP. You can listen to and purchase the effort below via Bandcamp. Copies are also available on iTunes.
