Recently, The 69 Eyes frontman Jyrki 69 that he will be releasing his debut solo record Helsinki Vampire on June 23rd through Cleopatra Records. This past week saw the premiere of the effort first single “Last Halloween”, along with its music video; check it out below. Jyrki 69 said of it:
“There’s never enough anthems for Halloween and Halloween is every weekend you go to a Gothic club! So here’s something for the clubs’ dance floors and so sing-a-long while getting killed by your favorite Halloween movie monster. Oh, that October 15 that I mention in the song? That’s my birthday! So guess my favorite month and season, haha…”
The effort was produced by longtime The 69 Eyes collaborator Johnny Lee Michaels. Helsinki Vampire will be available on CD, LP, and digital format. Pre-orders can be found at the label’s webstore (physical) and on iTunes.
