“‘Newspeak’ is a reference to George Orwell’s 1984. In the novel, Newspeak is a language created for the sake of political propaganda. I wrote this from first person perspective of an individual struggling to make sense of reality despite the indoctrination and propaganda that is forced on us by our mainstream media and political figures.”
