Alternative rockers Failure have released a feature length documentary titled Every Time You Lose Your Mind. The film, which is streaming now on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+, was directed by the band’s frontman Ken Andrews. Every Time You Lose Your Mind follows the band’s history from their start to now and features interviews with David Dastmalchian, Margaret Cho, Hayley Williams, Jason Schwartzman, Steve Albini, Tommy Lee, Maynard James Keenan, Butch Vig, Rick Beato and more. Speaking of the film, Andrews comments:
“Our fans have connected with the themes of depression and addiction in our music. The film crystallizes those connections and, ultimately, communicates hope. We’re a band that faced a specific set of challenges and somehow managed to survive and thrive. It’s a story about resilience, finding ways to cope, and not giving up.”
