“‘Make Home’ was born as a reaction to witnessing the genocide taking place in Gaza — from the anger at the systems that allowed it to happen, and the complacency of the world at the killing of thousands of civilians.
Visually, the idea was to show the destruction of the familial at the reckless hands of violence.
A tribute for those who long for simple things — four walls and a roof, blue skies without raining fire, neighborhoods to run through, and a chance to grow old.
For the people of Palestine, who have been stripped of their home.”
