Dark Avenue have issued their new single “Outside”. The track appears on the band’s new record Illusions (Black Cat Creative Arts). Each of the band members commented on Illusions. Drummer Jeff Hathcock said:
I feel recording Illusions made the band tighter and willing to push our personal boundaries.
Vocalist Mario Cadena comments:
Illusions is an invitation to free your mind of predisposed labels.
Guitarist Barry Lorberbaum adds:
The making of Illusions was a true labor of love; every single minute that was spent making this record was worth it. Whether grinding out the ideas at rehearsal, traveling across the country to play and refine them, or mixing and tweaking out every last sonic detail, all of it, was worth it. I am very proud of our album.
