Clutch have released a cover of blues legend Willie Dixon’s “Evil”, check out the lyric video below. The song is the first single in a series of new studio recordings that will make up their newly launched Weathermaker Vault Series. Fans can expect more tracks throughout the rest of the year. Frontman Neil Fallon commented:
“We’ve had a good amount of downtime since our last tour. And since the devil finds work for idle hands, we kept ourselves busy by recording some tunes. ‘Evil’ is the first of them, a song we’ve loved for many, many years.”
The song was mixed by 6x Grammy winner and Clutch collaborator, Vance Powell (Wolfmother, The Raconteurs, Arctic Monkeys). Get the song now at this location.
Later this week, the group will head overseas for a string of European festival appearances and some headlining dates. You can find those dates below. Next month, the group will hit the road on a co-headliner with Killswitch Engage. Those dates are available here.
