Carnifex have released a music video for a new single title “Pray For Peace” (Nuclear Blast). The clip was helmed by Jim Louvau and Tony Aguilera. Speaking of the track, the group said:

“With each song we release, our goal is to take you further into the abyss, further from reality. ‘Pray For Peace‘ is no exception. A nihilist’s anthem with blasts, bounce, and breakdowns to keep you pitting! See you on the road!”

The group self-produced the song earlier this year with assistance from Mick Kenney (Anaal Nathrakh, Bleeing Through). Kenney also handled mixing and mastering. You can download/stream it here.

Next month, the group will head out on their headlining Road to Rock Fest Tour with support provided by Uncured. See dates for that run below. Then, in September, the group will head out on the Up From The Sewer Tour, supporting The Black Dahlia Murder and After The Burial. Also appearing on the trek will be Rivers of Nihil and Undeath.
