U.K. metalcore outfit Carcer City have signed a deal with Stay Sick Recordings. The band commented on the signing, saying:
“We’re over the moon to sign to one of the most exciting new labels for our genre in the U.S.A. Carcer City have had a strong fan base over there for some time now and we’ve been looking to reach out for a number of years. With this partnership in place, we can finally put together the necessary plans to make that happen and the team at Stay Sick have been behind us every step of the way. This is the first step in a new chapter for this band and we are ready to show the world just what we’re made of.”
Attila frontman and Stay Sick label head Chris Fronzak said of Carcer City:
“Carcer City is creating music that is both addictive and dynamic. This album transcends with multiple different moods, all of which are extremely satisfying. These guys know what they’re doing and their talent is easy to see. Give them a listen and let their music consume you. This is how heavy music should sound.”
The group will be releasing their new full-length Infinite/Unknown through through the label on September 16th. A music video for the record’s title track is available and can be heard/viewed below.
