“‘Sometimes you meet the right people at the wrong times’ was written on the back of a photograph and given to me as a parting gift when breaking up with an ex-girlfriend. It really put so much into perspective at the time and eventually found it’s way into the subject matter of this song. It packs a lot of power and exciting rhymes, making it one of my favorites on the record. I think if ‘Stranger’ and ‘Your Clothes’ had a baby, it would be this song.”
