Black Wail, the Jersey City-based band that MetalSucks said ranged from “achingly melancholy to High on Fire heavy,” return with new album, Chromium Homes, on Dec. 15 via Rhyme & Reason Records.

The song and album title is a reference to the poisonous waste from abandoned industrial sites in Jersey City.
Singer/guitar player Michael Tarlazzi says of Black Wail:
