Anthrax are now in the studio preparing their forthcoming effort and follow-up to 2011’s Worship Music. The band have released a promo video announcing their new record, which you can view above. Anthrax have enlisted producer Jay Ruston to man the soundboards for them. The New York metallers intend to record from now until January with the album expected to hit stores sometimes next year.
Ruston shared the picture below of himself in the studio with Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian via Twitter. The currently untitled album will be the band’s first to feature new guitarist Jon Donais (Shadows Fall), who replaced Rob Caggiano.
