Alteras have joined Revival Recordings, who will be releasing their new full-length Grief on August 5th. Additionally, a music video for the effort’s first single “Could Ever Love” is also now streaming and can be viewed below courtesy of Alternative Press. Vocalist Jacob Clasen says:
“Encompassing the emotion of grief in this concept album was enlightening to say in the least. ‘Could Ever Love’ hits some of the most relatable grieving points and is definitely one of our favorites on the record. We’re incredibly humbled and exhilarated to be sharing Grief with you all alongside our new record label and family, Revival Recordings!”
Label founder Shawn Milke also comments:
“Revival is proud to welcome Alteras to our family of artists. The band has a conceptual, passionate and creative vision that couples perfectly with the culture and community that we are building. We thank Alteras for inviting us along on their journey.”
The clip was directed by Michele Dulay of Aspire|Immerse. The group tracked the effort with producer Nick Ingram (For Today, Dayseeker, Jay Z) at Capital House Studios in Columbus, OH. Pre-orders of Grief are now live and can be secured at MerchNOW.
