Norwegian black metal outfit 1349 have announced their eighth studio album, The Wolf and The King, will arrive on October 4th through Season of Mist. The album was tracked at Amper Tone in Norway. Mixing was handled by Jarrett Prichard and 1349 frontman Ravn at New Constellation R.M.P. Mastering was also helmed by Prichard at New Constellation R.M.P. The group have also debuted the music video for a new track off the album titled “Shadow Point”. The clip was directed by Claudio Marino and produced by Artax Film. Speaking of the track, Ravn offered:
“‘Shadow Point’ is an ode to The Demon Star, which is a representation of violence and bloodshed. This is the perfect omen to showcase what you can expect from The Wolf and The King.”
